Duchesne County is taking proactive steps to protect the workplace and citizens during the COVID-19 outbreak. It is the goal of Duchesne County to provide essential services online or over the phone to ensure the safety of our employees and citizens.

Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020 the Duchesne County Administration building and Roosevelt DMV will be closed to the public. All offices will remain closed until further notice. Employees of the County will remain working and will assist citizens over the phone or by appointment. Citizens may also complete services online. Many of the County’s services can be obtained online at www.duchense.utah.gov and forms can be found at https://duchesnecounty.seamlessgov.com/.

If you cannot find the form you need, please contact Cristina Neilson at cneilson@duchesne.utah.gov or 435-738-1162.

At this time, Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office, Road Department, and Landfill will remain open to the public but we would like to stress the importance of conducting your business online or by telephone when possible.
