The Roosevelt City Recreation  Department manages or supports the following recreation/sport activities:

Roosevelt City has three parks.  There are playrounds, restrooms, pavilions, ball fields,  and soccer field 
The skate park  and walking path is located near the Constitution Park.

Throught the summer there may be activites sponsored  by various business, committees.  When these
are scheduled the flyers, posters and information will be posted at local grocery stores and business
in Roosevelt as well as the local newspaper, "Uintah Basin Standard".

The Main event in Roosevelt each year is the "U.B.I.C."  It will be held this year, 2010  Aug 5,6,7.  
There are various children activities as well as adult sports tournaments.  
Information will be posted and printed in the local newspaper.  The event booklet will also be available 
at the Uintah Basin Standard 268 South 200 East.
