The Animal Shelter is one of the newest facilities in Roosevelt. It is located north of
Basin Vet Clinic and Shades Diesel. There you will find a dog or cat to adopt.
Also If you have unwanted cats or dogs, you may also take them there to be adopted as well.
For Roosevelt City residents living in the city limits, you are also able to get your yearly dog
license and rabies vaccaniation for your dog at the animal shelter. Listed below is the fee schedule for a year dog license:

Licensing your pet is for your protection. It helps you to keep track of your dog and keep them safe. A rabies vaccination is required for each dog every two (2) years. Roosevelt City allows a dog owner to own three dogs.
