Justin Johnson works on a daily basis with overseeing the finances of Roosevelt City. In this way he does so in order to ensure an enviorment for input to decision making and employee participation in organizational problem solving. By doing this he develops to the fullest potential financial resources. This he assures to the reliability and regulatory compliance with the State of Utah. Justin provides also proactive responsive effcient and accountable government services for Roosevelt City. This in turn promotes intergovernmental cooperation.
In addition to being Roosevelt City Finance Director, Justin also is involved with the operations at the municipal airport the Roosevelt City owns and operates. Also he has been appointed as being on the Duchesne County/Roosevelt City Animal Shelter Board.

Vicki Rasmussen, Disbursements Clerk, works in the Finance Department also.
Her duties include:
⇒checking the invoices in which the City owes to vendors
⇒ processing checks for payments to the vendors
⇒ contacting the vendors regarding unpaid invoices
⇒ Follow up and discussing the invoices with the
Department Head regarding the purchase made in that
department.
⇒ Also is a relief cashier and receptionist at the main desk
when needed.
