On November 2, 2023, www.rooseveltcity.com will look a bit different than what you have gotten used to over the last few years…
The website’s new look is a reflection of our community and features the winning logo from our 2021 logo design contest, which was designed by Roosevelt Police Officer Justin Arnold, as well as photographs submitted by residents who participated in our 2023 photo contest.
In addition to a bold and clean new look, our staff have been working hard to ensure that the information you need is easy to find and accessible to everyone. Our new design features high contrast graphic buttons that make it easy to find meeting agendas, minutes, and videos, review city codes, find job openings, and make online payments. We have also added a new accessibility feature that provides personalization options. Just click on the purple and white person icon in the lower left of the screen to adjust contrast, font, text spacing, cursor size and more to customize your viewing experience.
And for the first time this year, we will also be launching Recreation department header which will dedicate a portion of our website to providing a central location for information about Roosevelt’s Aquatic Center, Golf Course, and other facilities, as well as information about community events & festivals, sports & activities, and service opportunities.
As a reminder, these other great features will still be available once our redesign launches:
The Citizen Request Tracker enables you to submit requests or concerns to city staff. When you use the request tracker, you can submit anonymously or include an email and/or other contact information. When you include your email, you will receive update notifications as your submission is reviewed and as notes are added. Please keep in mind that the Request Tracker is not intended for criminal/ law enforcement reports. If you wish to report suspicious or criminal activity or are concerned for your safety or the safety of others, please call central dispatch at 435-722-4558 or if it’s an emergency call 911.
Roosevelt’s Event Calendar features regularly scheduled public meetings, as well as local events that are open to the public. To find the calendar, simply scroll to the bottom of Roosevelt City’s home page. You can even submit your own event to the calendar by clicking “View All” then “Submit an Event” at the top of the calendar toolbar, or by emailing event details to email@example.com.
Notify Me is a notification service where residents can opt-in to receive text or email notifications about calendar events, public meeting agendas, bid postings, job openings, and important community alerts. Visit www.rooseveltcity.com/list.aspx to enter your preferred contact method and select the types of notifications that you would like to receive.
