[ARCHIVED] CITIZEN GUIDELINES DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Citizen Guidelines during COVID-19 Outbreak

We’ve kept you informed about what we’re doing to stay safe during the COVID-19 outbreak, but what can YOU do?

1 - EXERCISE RESTRAINT. Please purchase only what you need and avoid impulse or panic buying. In Roosevelt City, we do a great job of looking out for one another. Overpurchasing leaves fewer items for others in our community to meet their immediate needs.

2 - BE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE. There’s a lot of misinformation and fear circulating on social media. Be careful of what you read and what you share. Look to official sources for accurate information instead of sharing rumors.

3 - HELP YOUR NEIGHBORS. Look for opportunities to assist those nearby who may be vulnerable or in need during this time.

4 - GO ABOUT YOUR NORMAL LIFE. Social distancing is absolutely essential, but there are still so many things you can safely do. Visit a park, go for a walk, read a book, watch a movie, and continue to find joy in your daily life.

By taking theSe steps as a community, we can safely navigate this evolving situation together. We care about you, Roosevelt City, and we want you to stay safe and happy!
