As many in our community are aware, we have decided to make a change with the City Manager position in Roosevelt City. As could be expected, there has been much speculation as to why that decision was made. We would like it to be known that we believe Scott Finlayson to be an honest and hardworking individual; however, we feel his management style did not suit the needs of our residents or our staff. We believe him to be a person of high integrity and wish him the best in all future endeavors.
