GUEST SPEAKER: Chief Mark J. Watkins
Chief Watkins has a Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice Administration and
graduated from FBI Command College and the University of Utah's Law Enforcement Leadership Program. In
his 34 years of service, Watkins received the Medal of Valor, Purple Heart, and Medal of Meritorious Service
awards.
