Roosevelt City Police Department Remembers Detective Andrew Cox

The Roosevelt City Police Department would like to thank everyone who participated in the Andrew Cox K9 Memorial Seminar last week.
The Drew Cox Memorial K9 Seminar is a continuation of K9 seminar training Chief Drew Cox provided year after year for K9 officers not only in the Basin but around the state. Drew was gifted with the ability to work with dogs and their handlers to get the best out of them both. He was recognized by not only his peers for his abilities but also by the media who spotlighted his gift by KSL in 2016. (https://www.ksl.com/.../lieutenant-drew-cox-naples-police...)
Chief Cox’s death in 2021 hit us all hard and in his memory the Roosevelt Police Department will sponsor a K9 seminar each year in memory of a fellow officer, father, brother, and my friend.
